Together with the Chartered College of Teaching, Pioneer Teaching School Alliance is delighted to be able to offer this talk free of charge. This is a fantastic opportunity for both primary and secondary teachers in the early stages of their careers (i.e: trainees, NQTs, RQTs, RQT+1 and RQT+2).
We need to get to a place where we are able to do our best work. It is important to think hard about making sure that we are not overdoing it. We should be aiming for a place where we working on the right things, at the right time, and that means have proper work life balance in place – and we call that the ‘Goldilocks zone’!
