Headteachers, senior and middle leaders who are regularly involved in devising and running staff meetings and INSET days to develop the quality of teaching and learning in their school.
The 2 days focus on using facilitation to enhance teaching and learning in your school. In many schools more time and effort is put
into getting the learning right for the children and less time thinking about how to provide high quality and personalised adult learning.
Many staff meetings and INSET days are ‘one size fits all’ and rely heavily on a training approach. Facilitation is a more effective strategy that utilises expertise and existing knowledge to provide a meaningful and personalised approach to teacher learning. Research indicates that facilitation has a much more profound impact on the quality of teaching and learning in a school.

“The sessions were pacey and I really liked the range of tasks – facilitation in action!”
“Thank you for the best CPD I have taken part in – the techniques could be taken back in to school straight away”
“Such an interesting, helpful, thought-provoking and relevant course – I would recommend attending with a colleague to reflect on your school’s practice and context”
