National Leaders of Governance (NLG)

National Leaders of Governance (NLG)

NLGs are highly effective chairs of governors who support chairs of governors in other schools.  The NLG will work in partnership with your school to improve the leadership and performance of the governing body.  Typical activities include coaching and mentoring, reviewing the responsibilities of the governing body, action planning and advising on reviewing headteacher performance.
